On Saturday night outside a bar in the city of Queretaro, Mexico, a woman got brutally assaulted by an ex-boyfriend. The grim footage shows two men attempting to push a woman wearing a red dress and black jacket inside a cramped car trunk.
As she resists, her attackers become enraged and begin to slam the trunk over her legs and body repeatedly. Witness reports claim the commotion started inside the bar after the man smashed a glass bottle over the victim’s head.
He hit her afterward and began dragging the woman outside with the help of a friend. The primary assailant has been identified as the victim’s former boyfriend Francisco Javier Laurencio, but his friend’s identity remains unknown.
A crowd gathered around the scene, where many filmed the incident as the woman called for help. Thankfully, two heroic passer-bys came to aid the woman. They pulled her out of the trunk and scared her two attackers away, who quickly got into the vehicle and drove off.
The young woman has severe bruises, cuts, and scratches on her face, arms, and legs. She has blotchy patches spread across her jaw, arms, elbows, and thighs.
The incident has yet to get reported to the police, and local authorities have not yet commented on what happened.
