A man identified as a state judge in Mexico was caught on video physically assaulting a woman, which is reportedly his sister. He is seen hitting her on two occasions and furiously yelling in her face.
His name is Guillermo Gomez Cortes, and his sister’s name is Carolina. The video of the unfortunate incident that occurred on Saturday went viral on social media outlets.
Gomez Cortes gets infuriated at his sister when she tries to take the cellphone away from him as he’s recording her. He violently takes a hold of her and drops her, but a bystander helps her up, and she continues to argue.
When he starts recording her again, she pushes the phone and hits his face, making him angrier. Guillermo Gomez Cortes proceeds to elbow her and drop her again, but she does not give up her fight.
The argument goes on for a few more seconds before they both seem to calm down. It happened in broad daylight in front of many people at the prosecution offices in Jimenez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Besides assaulting his sister, he also tells the people in the room to shut up on various occasions, saying nobody can speak without his permission. The video got released by El Diario de Juarez and has made more than one person on the internet upset.
