Smule is the music app that uses pre-recorded video performances to connect with other members and sing together on a split screen. That’s how Adamari Lopez and Luis Fonsi got together again for a duet through the music application.
The video shows Lopez and Fonsi simulating a duet through the app. Lopez starts with “Hey Fonsi” as he gets ready to sing. The “Un Nuevo Día” host is smiling and dancing as she sings with her ex.
They perform “Échame La Culpa” in the video that surprised all the fans and went viral on social media. The Puerto Rican’s song is an original collaboration with American singer, Demi Lovato.

Fans cannot help but think that the video is a reflection of what happened when they were a couple. Lopez and Fonsi got married in 2006 but divorced in 2010 amidst media scandal.
Lopez was fighting cancer, and Fonsi canceled a worldwide tour to be by her side throughout her treatment. However, the real scandal started when Fonsi got caught cheating on Lopez with Kenita Larrain and Lilia Luciano.
Now it seems they have moved on. Lopez welcomed a baby girl in 2015, and he recently got married to Agueda Lopez in 2016.
