Just a few weeks ago, Kate del Castillo posted nude photos of herself on Instagram protesting the use of fur as a campaign for PETA. In the photo, she covered her chest with her hair, but fully nude pictures of Kate del Castillo just got leaked, making her the latest celebrity victim of privacy violation.
Kate del Castillo hasn’t said anything regarding the photos. Her sister, Veronica del Castillo, however, said Kate got blackmailed prior to the leak.
“The truth is that we don’t know much about it, I talked to Kate when I started receiving calls from the media. She was surprised just as I was,” said Veronica del Castillo to Mexican TV show, “Ventaneando.” She also said that a woman called Kate asking for money to avoid leaking the photos, but Kate did not submit to the threat.
Del Castillo started controversy recently for a statement she made in the “The Day I Met El Chapo” Netflix series. “In the dinners with the publicists, you were basically a prize if they invited you to the meetings,” she explained. “Because literally, those gatherings were where they offered the actresses to publicists that are the people that put money in Televisa.”
Kate later explained that she was talking about the dinners she got invited to. She found out that the dinners were only to entertain the publicists, but she refused to go because it wasn’t part of her job.
