ISIS Plans To Attack Russia World Cup, Sends Message With Bloody Messi Image

The Latino community has been able to fly under ISIS radar. As a community, we don’t mess with anybody, and nobody messes with us – business as usual. But the terrorist organization issued a new threat that is sure to bring chills down anyone’s spine.

The terrorist group has called out for an attack at the upcoming 2018 World Cup that will be held in Russia. To get their point across, they issued a poster of FC Barcelona’s star player, Lionel Messi, behind bars and crying blood.

It is obvious that these zealots are only trying to spread fear among the millions of tourists that are going to attend the world’s greatest tournament. Using the image of the Argentinian demigod, however, is unfair.

They don’t realize how seriously the people of Argentina take football. Churches have been built in the past to honor players, so this poster of poorly offensive taste will not sit well with the Argentines.

ISIS also issued other raunchy posters that threaten the security of the tournament. One of them shows a man in full military getup armed with a gun and explosives standing outside a Russian football stadium with a ridiculous caption.

“I swear that the Mujahideen’s fire will burn you… just you wait.” Judging by the quality of the images on the posters, we can assume that those who designed it probably did it in Windows Paint.

Another poster shows a corny looking ISIS fighter holding a rifle too big for his body. He stands next to a bomb that bears the regime’s infamous black flag, in front of another Russian Football Stadium.

They also made sure to include the official symbol of the 2018 World Cup, hoping that this could stop the world’s biggest and best celebration of love. Every four years, this even celebrates camaraderie, friendship, honor, and sports.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be played in 11 different cities all over Russia from June 14th to July 15th. The final is to be hosted at the 81,000 people capacity Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.

The 2008 Champions League final was played at this stadium without any incidents and we hope that this final will run as smoothly as that day. That day when Cristiano Ronaldo lifted his first European trophy while playing for Manchester United.
