Cardi B Groped By Fan In Vegas And Instagram Reacts

During her trip to Vegas for the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight, Cardi B went through a situation no woman would want to live. A random man unapologetically grabbed her butt as she walked by and she was nowhere near happy about it.

While the incident was occurring, people started recording her reaction. The videos were on Instagram seconds later, and the comments were harsh, to say the least.

You can see her turn around in the video with a shocked look on her face. She’s immediately in disbelief with what the man had done and shouted, “That n**** right there just grabbed my whole ass.”

The people she was with were calming her down. They wanted her to leave the situation alone, but she kept insisting, asking the man, “Why would you grab my ass?”

As if that had not been enough, the worst part came later. People were bashing Cardi B on social media, saying things like, “I hate when b*tches act brand new when they get a lil money. Bish that ass get slapped all the time.” To put it into perspective, that’s a nice comment.

Cardi B first became popular on social media outlets like Vine and Instagram. Her wild stripper persona with an I-don’t-care attitude led her to VHI’s hit reality show Love & Hip-Hop.

Due to this character she created, people want to justify the backlash on these videos. But perhaps this alter ego wasn’t created, and it’s her real self. Even if it was, nobody deserves those comments.

Knowing Cardi B and her trajectory, it’s safe to say she will brush her shoulders off and bounce back from this quickly. Her latest feat came this August when her commercial hit single Bodak Yellow hit the top three of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

New York Times went on to call her single “the rap anthem of the summer” Despite coming from humble roots, she has found success in all aspects of her career.

Cardi B credits her stripper days to trying to get out of the poverty-ridden Bronx. At the time she decided to strip, the now rapper says she was in an abusive relationship. Stripping was the only option she saw possible to become independent.

It was good to see women in the comments section defending Cardi B. Although she is outspoken about her exotic dancing, she’s always quick to defend feminism, and they have her back too. Her performance at the VMAs left the crowd amazed, and she’s topped the charts for weeks now. She’ll be okay.
