Today at the D.C. Capitol Hill a protestor threw a handful of miniature Russian flags at President Donald Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Trump and McConnell were on their way to have lunch with Republican lawmakers.
As you can see from the video, the flags did not hit Trump nor did they hit McConnell. The pair continued their walk unfaced by the situation, or so it appears. President Trump has yet to denounce the incident, so he probably didn’t care enough to comment.
Well, my former colleague is making the news in a big way! Lol. Shout out to Ryan Clayton for giving zero f*cks pic.twitter.com/VPcGmQgo78

The protestor was “hiding” in plain sight along with the journalists who were gathered outside the President’s meeting. When Trump was walking down the hall, Ryan Clayton ambushed him with the miniature flags and his rhetoric. Capitol police quickly swarmed Clayton, who didn’t oppose resistance when getting removed from the area.

“Trump is treason!” started yelling Clayton as he threw his Russian flags towards the President. The flags had “Trump” cleverly written on them.
“Why is Congress talking about tax cuts when they should be talking about treason?” cried the protestor. “This president conspired with agents of the Russian government to steal the election,” continued yelling Clayton while he was getting removed by the police.

Clayton is a known face of the Americans Take Action group, whose purpose is to impeach President Donald Trump.
The motto on the group’s website reads:
“Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are under attack with Trump in the White House. We must impeach Trump to save democracy in America. Join the fight today!”
This isn’t the first time that Clayton uses miniature Russian flags as props for his protest. In July, during the Senate Intelligence Committee, he tried handing one of these flags to Jared Kushner – the President’s son-in-law and senior advisor.

Alt-right guerilla journalist, filmmaker, and alleged sexual predator, James O’Keefe, had already reported a previous run-in with Clayton, whom he caught on tape harassing one of his undercover reporters.
Clayton and Lauren Windsor, a Democracy Partners associate, followed the female Project Veritas reporter down the street, whilst verbally attacking O’Keefe. They even got inside the same cab as her, without her permission.

By the looks of it, we can predict that we will be hearing more about this character as the story unfolds.
