Police later found out that Delgado was giving his mother, Aracelly Delgado, instructions on how to distribute the remaining drugs and guns he kept hidden in their family home. His mother was not the only one to receive said instructions – other anonymous individuals got them as well.

Authorities entered Toro-Delgado’s Allentown house with a warrant, where they found 1,000 prescription pills, packaging material, a magazine for a handgun, and a key. Using the key, detectives opened a hallway closet containing two pistols, another gun magazine, several rounds of ammunition, 5,000 more prescription pills, a pound of marijuana, and around 100 LSD tablets.
