Alberto Aguilera Jr., the oldest son of late Mexican singer Juan Gabriel, is on the most wanted list of El Paso, Texas. A warrant for his arrest got released recently in a record made by the Police Department and County Sherrif’s office.
They are currently working alongside locals to track him down. According to the listing, Alberto Aguilera Jr., 48, is wanted for harassment of a public servant and has no right to bail.
“If anyone is aware of this man’s whereabouts and can provide information that helps in his capture you could be liable to receive a form of economic compensation,” the listing states. Juanga’s oldest son has been accumulating a series of felonies since before his father’s passing.
He was detained on August 2, 2012, for not appearing in court during his parole, violation of a restraining order, and threatening an officer. He is also involved in a series of scandals which took place in the city of Juarez, Chihuahua.
This August, he violently attempted to take over his late father’s house. Alongside six private security guards, he broke the door locks and pushed the person in charge of guarding the entrance out.
The watchman then proceeded to phone police for help. After long bouts of screaming, law enforcement officers were able to remove him from the premises. Next day Alberto sued his younger brother Iván Aguilera for dispossession and the mayor of Juarez for meddling.
